November 1, 2026 at 5 p.m. for spring 2027 courses, then February 1 through April 1, 2027 at 5 p.m. for the full 2027-28 year.

The 2027-28 date was not yet posted in October 2026. Last cycle's FACTS deadline was February 28, so plan on late winter.
